ExperientialNG Partners EXMAN To Deliver 2020 Experiential Marketing Conference
Virtual Conference To Discuss The Future of Customer Experience Marketing in Africa

Experience Marketing Practitioners Gather
Over 500 Million Africans access the internet monthly which is more than is witnessed in Latin America, the Middle East and North America respectively. 75% of that traffic is accessed through mobile phones, while 20% emanate from West Africa, fuelled by a post millennial demographic, fast plugging into new forms of digital consumer expression.
How will this trajectory be impacted by post Covid19 realities which has seen several African economies severely weakened by the poor state of public health? How must brands pivot to realign with the future of customer experience in resource constrained markets and how do agencies survive?
ExperientialNG are honoured to partner EXMAN to plan and deliver this year's EXM2020 African Experiential Marketing Conference, which. as to be expected, will be holding virtually, with speakers and participants from across the continent and Europe.

The World Has Changed
The world has changed. The COVID19 public health crisis and its fall out have unleashed unprecedented disruptions to the way business marketing and consumer interaction must now be managed. It would seem that the odds are stacked heavily against experiential marketing and live consumer engagement practitioners globally. The entire marketing industry in Nigeria is particularly hard hit by these new realities and now stands challenged to re-invent itself.
To overcome this new reality both brand owners, agencies and value chain partners alike must defy gravity and re-configure their service value proposition away from synchronous interaction platforms towards more asynchronous processes. The conference brings together keynote speakers and leading industry thinkers to find a way through and is billed to be attended by experiential marketing practitioners from Kenya and Ghana.
A Stellar Panel of Speakers
Key note speakers for the event are Ose Osundeko, Group Digital Marketing Head at Fidelity Bank, who shall be speaking on How Digital Can be used to transform the customer experience, Matt Davies and International Innovation and creative branding coach will deliver a paper on Using the power of creativity and agile design thinking to transform brands. Matt is listed as one of the top 50 creativity and innovation coaches in the UK.
The last paper, which will be on how to provide transformational leadership in times of crises will be delivered by Alex Goma who currently serves as the Managing Director of Grand Cereal Industries, a subsidiary of the UAC group. The key note speakers are supported by a stellar panel of discussants made up of heads of EXMAN agencies such as Kayode Olageshin, Kehinde Salami, Rosemary Akpo, Sola Antwi and Innocent Oboh.
